IE 7 wont let me uninstall it?

i got IE 7 and it was all messed up so i tried removing it but then it kept saying at the end that it could find a file , so i looked for it and it said there wasnt a file with that name so then it wouldnt let me uninstall IE 7

thats the setup file im assuming. ie7 is a pain in the *** to remove but it is possible. i found a program on google that essentially rips it out of your system, since i got it with vista. i couldnt tell you the name or anything, since ive lost it since then, but try googling "uninstall ie7" and keep an eye out
probably the best thing you can do is download and reinstall, that should fix it That is better than uninstalling and reinstalling windows.
