I just downloaded IE 7 and when I go into my hotmail.?

I have to sign in all the time; and when it comes up it the browser looks like IE 6. I unistalled the IE 7 twice now.Why does my mail still showing up under IE 6 and not IE 7?

17)some internet services like in U.S.A and U.K and U.A.E are not allowed to download anything it shows that it is downloading but it is not so you can tell this problem to the internet service of your country and you can get an internet which can download.
